*Week 1 Starts week of January 5, Sunday

*15ft and 25ft catch as scap load catch 5 with glove foot forward and 5 with throwing foot forward

*The # under the footage is how many throws to make at that distance

*Play catch 4 times a week ONLY. The idea is to build up your arm for your HS Season

*Concentrate on good loose, easy arm action

*Please stay with the program and do not do more than the program.  You can field ground balls all with rollers, make the transfer, but don’t throw. THIS IS CRUCIAL!

*At 80ft and beyond, there should be some arc to your throw at 120ft, there can be higher arc but avoid throwing uphilll

*Feel free to back up you get up to 120 feet. Just listen to your arm/body

*After throws are complete, walk back in throwing ball as hard on a line as you can.  Should get around 5 throws.  There last throws are very important so do NOT skip them and

*Remember to use your legs and, “pull down.”

*We need to discuss what happens when HS practice starts which for non-Lima Sr. Students, is the week of Feb 16.
