2024 Schedule

      Women's College World Series May 30 - June 8 (OKC, DI), June 1-7 (Marshall, TX, DIII)

  • May 18-19: u12 Wizards Rizing Start 2024 Maumee, Ohio. 12U Only

  • May 25-26:  Cincy Metro in Miamisburg:  12U Only

  • June 1-3: Findlay, Ohio Uncle Charlies  (12/14/16/18)

  • June 7-9: 

  • Jun 14-16: Pete Cook Memorial, West Liberty Ohio (14/16/18)

  • June 21-23: Findlay, Ohio Uncle Charlies (12/14/16/18). 

  • June 28-30: Legacy Firecracker Classic, Brighton, MI (12/14/16/18)

  • July 5-7. Morgantown WV. (12/14/16/18)

  • College Camps should be attended throughout the last 2 weeks of June and in July, Sept and October (2024/2025)

*Week 1 Starts week of January 1, Monday

*15ft and 25ft catch as scap load catch 5 with glove foot forward and 5 with throwing foot forward

*The # under the footage is how many throws to make at that distance

*Play catch 4 times a week ONLY 

*Concentrate on good loose, easy arm action

*Please stay with the program and do not do more than the program.  You can field ground balls all with rollers, make the transfer, but don’t throw

*At 80ft and beyond, there should be some arc to your throw at 120ft, there can be higher arc but avoid throwing uphilll

*Feel free to back up you get up to 120 feet. Just listen to your arm/body

*After throws are complete, walk back in throwing ball as hard on a line as you can.  Should get around 5 throws.  There last throws are very important so do NOT skip them and 

*Remember to use your legs and, “pull down.”

*We need to discuss what happens when HS practice starts which for non-Lima Sr. Students, is the week of Feb 19.
